Chris is a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) who studied at the Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy. She has additional training in Thai massage, pre-and postnatal massage, and Swedish massage. Chris is skilled at creating a calm and supportive environment for her clients, focusing on relaxation to promote intentional healing.
She takes a mindful approach to her treatments, integrating techniques such as tractions, diaphragmatic breathing, and stretches to help clients feel relaxed and open. Chris believes that slowing down and being present with one’s body are essential steps in the healing process, and she aims to facilitate this journey for each client.
Outside her practice, Chris enjoys balancing her life by hiking, reading with a cup of tea, and cooking for her friends and family.
