Maly completed her training at the Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy and is now a Registered Massage Therapist. She specializes in deep tissue sports massage and enjoys working with active clients. Maly is particularly fascinated by how we can engage with the nervous system, using flowing massage techniques to create a nurturing and calming environment.
During her sessions, Maly may combine Thai rhythmic compressions, acupressure, myofascial release, and Swedish techniques to reduce muscle tension, enhance mobility, and promote recovery. In her commitment to professional development, she has also completed advanced training in Manual Lymphatic Drainage from the International Lymphatic and Wound Training Institute. Currently, she is studying Breast Cancer Rehabilitation and Oncology Massage, driven by her desire to support clients navigating their complex journeys with breast cancer, especially since she herself is a survivor. Drawing from her personal experience, she understands how therapeutic touch can enhance outcomes and improve quality of life during treatment and post-surgery.
In her free time, Maly enjoys reconnecting with nature by trekking local trails, engaging in photography, attending musical events, cross-country skiing, gardening, and going on occasional travel adventures.
