Guided by the belief that health is found within the client, Thomas applies his knowledge of Traditional Eastern Medicine, combined with studies of Osteopathy and Health Science to promote wellness
While studying at Toronto’s Eight Branches of Eastern Medicine, Thomas learned a holistic approach to health, based on theories of regulation of internal organs in balance with external cycles of sleep and eating.
Thomas is currently completing a 5-year osteopathic program at the rigorous Ontario Academy of Progressive Osteopathy, with a supplemental course in Queen’s Health Sciences.
He is combining several modalities to help his patients, resulting in improved outcomes. Based on his experience, for effective results, he knows that treatments often go beyond the table and may include, nutritional consultation, exercise protocols, breath work, or other lifestyle advice.
In his personal life, Thomas has experienced injuries such as disc herniations that have led him to pursue healthcare and to live by his own medicine. He continues to enjoy a path of martial arts and loves to cook and eat with friends.
